Who we are

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, a lead form on our advertising, or message us on WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you provide: name, company, country, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry.
Our website also uses Google tags (Google Ads and related measurement) which collect standard analytics and advertising data such as pages visited and interactions, subject to Google’s own policies. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, manage our business relationship, and — where you have contacted us or shown interest in our products — send relevant trade communications. We store enquiry data in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel).
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our website, CRM, and email infrastructure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — including unsubscribing from any of our communications — by emailing info@serayainternational.com or replying “unsubscribe” to any message. We honour such requests promptly. EU/UK visitors: we process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries; you have the rights provided by the GDPR/UK GDPR.
Data retention & security
Enquiry data is retained while relevant to an actual or potential business relationship, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Data is stored on access-controlled systems.
